CARGO PROCESS

 International Shipment

The orders given till noon will be shipped on the same day and the orders given in the late afternoon will be shipped the day after.  

The orders given on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays.

All international shipments will be delivered by UPS CARGO Company.

We have delivery to Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, USA. 

International shipments are delivered to the cargo within 24 hours at the latest if the order is given during the weekdays, and they reach you within 2-5 working days after they are delivered to the cargo.

When your order has reached, please control the item in front of the attendant before you take it.  Since our products are insured by the courier company, any damage during the cargo process is compensated by the courier company. If the product is damaged, have the attendant make an official report and return the product.

 

Change and Return

In case of change/return, you can send the product(s) you want to change/return to us by charging the cargo cost by yourself.  

To make return/exchange;

   The label of the product / products should not be removed and should be tried without damaging the product. (Perfume-scented, stained, torn / torn, washed products are not accepted.)

   Products, including all accessories and packaging materials, must be intact, undamaged, unused, and resold in any way.

The product you have sent will be examined by us in line with the transactions made and your return/exchange process will be initiated provided that there is no obstacle to its return/exchange.

Returns are sent to your bank within 2-3 business days after we receive your cargo.

You can send the products you want to return in 14 days after you recieved the product. After 14 days, we cannot accept the product for return, only can for change. For the products you want to change, you can send the product in 30 days.

To make the return, you must send a request e-mail for return to [email protected], that includes your order number and the reason for your return and get approval from customer service. If you haven't made a return request, we cannot put into process your return.

*Shipping fees and bank commissions are not refundable.

To exchange the item you purchased, you should send an email to [email protected], including your order number and the exchange details.

 *Our company shall not cover the cargo costs for changed/returned products. 

 

Domestic Shipment

Metropolitans like Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Izmir, Adana and Antalya being in the first place, we have delivery to many cities via Yurtiçi Kargo in 1 workday. The cargos of the other city centers will be delivered in 2 work days.

The orders at 300TL or above will be shipped without a shipment fee. Our shipping fee for orders under 300TL is 15,00 TL for all around the Turkey.
